Return Policy

We hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase at PalmaDuSa, but if it doesn't quite fit, we're here to help. Please read our return policy carefully before making your purchase.

Eligibility for Exchange

  • We accept exchanges for size only.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, Items must be unworn, unwashed, free from dirt, dust, hair, fragrances, foreign Odor including smoke, free of makeup stains, with all tags & original packaging.
  • Exchanges are only accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged will not be eligible for exchange.

Process for Exchanges

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@palmadusa.com to request an exchange. Please provide your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
  2. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange. If the requested size is available, we will ship the replacement item to you. If the requested size is not available, we will issue you a store credit for the value of the returned item.
  4. For international orders: duty and Vat are not refundable 

No Refunds

Please note that we do not offer refunds. All sales are final, and we only accept exchanges for size.
